Dave has over 25 years of experience managing environmental programs and has worked closely with public and private sector clients, as well as state and regulatory officials. His experience includes site assessment, remediation and tank compliance work at 10 Department of Defense (DOD) facilities throughout the Southeast and facilities with Naval District Washington. Dave was the majority owner and former president of Enviro-Logical Solutions, Inc. (ELS), a Tampa, FL firm acquired by ECS in May 2009. Established in 1991, ELS built a solid reputation as a full-service environmental consulting and construction company.

Dave is a registered Professional Geologist (PG) in the State of Florida, as well as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP). He holds a Master of Science degree in Forest Resources and Hydrology from the University of Georgia, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Emory University. Dave also completed the Executive Management Program at Pennsylvania State University. He is a CEO Council Member of the Florida Petroleum Marketers Association (FPMA). As Program Development Manager for ECS’ Tampa, FL office, Dave pursues environmental and tank projects in a business development capacity.
 

Representative Project: Dave served as Corporate Officer for a program to assist the Southern Division of the U.S. Naval Facilities Engineering Command with the management and remediation of underground storage tanks (USTs) at Naval Facilities in a 26-state region. Work included preparation of 10 basewide Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans as well as numerous site assessments.
