It seems just like yesterday that my early partners and I began this wonderful journey called ECS. It's been a mix of ups and downs, with many of our current employees riding the wave right alongside me since 1982. Those of you who may not have heard about ECS before are probably conjuring up the standard vision of a consulting firm. The truth is we are very different. This company has been about incredibly hard-working, committed and creative employees who take painstaking efforts to understand our clients' needs. I can honestly tell you that without the great employees of ECS, this company would likely have either failed or been sold long ago. And since 1982, our ability to find great employees has been the bedrock of our service and the inspiration to grow.

So as we move into the next phase of our journey, I want to thank both the employees and our clients for being part of this journey. I know our clients constantly face difficult challenges, but when we tackle the challenges together, we continue to develop an imbedded process for establishing successful clients. If we can help make our clients successful, then the rest will take care of itself.
