ECS has developed web-based training modules which can be accessed through a client-based server or an ECS server. With the ECS server option, we are capable of developing a Client Home Page for employees and managers. This page hosts the training modules and the training data management files for the training events.

• The curriculum is agreed upon by the client's management and ECS. This curriculum provides the client with appropriate documentation for employee training.
• Training on basic competencies has been accomplished. This fulfills OSHA's requirement to ensure employees have received training prior to starting work.
• Training modules are customized to include client-specific information based on existing or newly written programs.
• The training can be conducted in intervals and at times and places convenient to the client. Online courses fit the students' schedule and pace. Online training is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• The records of training are electronically archived in a database and are available for recall at any time, which satisfies traceability requirements. The client's management has access privileges to ensure employee training is completed. The system will automatically notify management when this is complete.
• Automatic notification when training is approaching. Tracks dates of training and certificate numbers.
  The database provides a history of the training attended.
  The system lessens managers'/supervisors' need for basic instruction for new employees. Training is complete and the employee is ready to commence work.
• Travel, lost work time, and other costs associated with classroom training are reduced or eliminated.
  Extensive interactivity and realistic scenarios and images engage students and increase learning and retention.
• Unlike most online training that is mundane, the ECS system delivers concise presentations that contain actual video footage and pictures specific to the operations of your organization.
• Our online courses are frequently updated by regulatory experts.
• Data is securely stored and backed up daily.
• The system can also provide a matrix of training needed by job classification.

In addition to the job-required training, each employee will be given instruction to complete company-specific courses such as General Plant/Office Safety, Means of Egress, General Hazard Communication, Accident Prevention, and Driver Safety. Additional courses may be added or substituted as the employer deems appropriate, as this training program is the property of the client.
