Bill Alpine to be Presenter at Conference

Bill Alpine, ECS' Director of Cost Recovery and Corporate Counsel, will be a presenter at the New England Interstate Water Pollution Control Commission's National Tanks Conference and Expo in St. Louis, MO on March 20, 2012.

Bill will be providing legal updates and discussing trends affecting underground storage tank (UST) sites.  The purpose of his session will be to analyze and summarize the latest case law decisions over the past year relative to operational and cleanup issues.

ECS will also have a booth at this event, and additional anticipated attendees include our President as well as the Director of our Eclipse Fuel System Management division.
